The Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), DCI Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES; firms not enlisted with MES may also apply subject to conditions. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors.
