NUML Islamabad Tender — Renewal of Firewall, EDR and SSL Licenses

National University of Modern Languages (NUML), H-9 Islamabad invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 36A via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADSv2.0) for renewal of the following licenses.

Eligibility: Well-reputed, GST-registered firms. Bidders must be registered on EPADSv2.0 to participate.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted through EPADSv2.0. Submission deadline is 2026-10-08 until 11:00 Hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the presence of available bidders.

Bid Security & Fee: Bids must be accompanied by bid security (amounts specified in the tender document) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADSv2.0 and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order submitted physically with the original sealed proposal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid.
