Notice: Proposed Transfer of Property No. 891-A in Chairman Housing Scheme, Wah Cantonment

The Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment (Executive Officer) gives public notice that Property No. 891-A (Survey No. 8-94, Schedule 1X-A) in Chairman Housing Scheme, Wah Cantt, is recorded in the name of Nasir Ahmad s/o Abdul Latif. Nasir Ahmad has appointed Fakhera Fayyaz (wife of Wasim Iqbal) as his general attorney by document No. 0000521-2025-095 dated 12.12.2025, and an application has been filed to transfer the property rights to Wasim Iqbal s/o Parvez Iqbal by gift under Sharia.

Any person or institution with an objection must submit supporting evidence and their objection to the Registrar at the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment within 15 days of publication; otherwise action will be taken as per rules.
