Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Notice: Proposed Transfer of Property Rights (B-53, Survey No. 18)

The Cantonment Board Wah Cantt announces that its records show property B-53, Survey No. 18 in Wah Cantt is registered in the name of Ms. Saleha, wife of Syed Alamdaar Hussain Naqvi, who died on 2010-06-18. NADRA registration (No. 900000128389) identifies certain individuals as the legal heirs, who have applied to transfer permanent ownership of the above property into their names.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit that objection with evidence to the office of the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, within 15 days of this notice’s publication. If no objection is filed within the period, the Board will proceed according to rules and subsequent appeals will not be accepted.
