The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment notifies that office records show proprietary rights of Property No. 803-C (Survey No. 16, Schedule IX-A) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt are registered in the name of Naseema Bano (wife of Shafiq Nahal). Naseema Bano had appointed Waqar Ali Shah (S/O Shah Muhammad Arifin) as her general agent by Document No. 223 dated 2021-03-18.
Waqar Ali Shah has applied to transfer the proprietary rights of the above property by oral gift (Shariah) to his wife, Syeda Abida Khatoon (wife of Syed Waqar Ali Shah). Any person or institution having an objection must submit evidence and a written objection to the Cantonment Board Wah office within 15 days of this notice; otherwise proceedings will be taken and no appeal will be accepted.
