Deputy Commissioner / Chairman Allotment Committee, Dera Murad Jamali invites electronic bids (Tender Ref: TSE-2627091179434) for consultancy services to carry out Google mapping and GIS/GPS survey of government land (5,050 acres) in Town Jamil, under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

Key conditions and scope:

- Complete Google/satellite map and GIS/GPS survey of the 5,050-acre area showing roads, streets, commercial, residential and official establishments, agricultural and white plots.

- Measurement and delineation of each commercial, residential, agricultural and white plot (status as of 31-12-2022 and present status).

- Preparation of complete measurements, field books, and maps; preparation of separate registers/masses for each category (commercial, residential, official establishments, white plots, agricultural land) and any other tasks related to survey and measurement.

Eligibility and submission:

- Assignments: Minimum 2 assignments of similar nature and completion value of at least PKR 5,000,000. Procurement rules and a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure apply.

- Bid security: 2% of bid amount must be deposited from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

- Tender fee: PKR 1,000.

- Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Balochistan Public Procurement (BPPRA) e-Procurement system; physical bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal of BPPRA (www.bppra.gob.pk).
