Tender No.03/2026-27: Closed Framework Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Miscellaneous Goods & Uniforms — Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad

Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Custom House, Islamabad invites electronic bids for a Closed Framework Agreement (FY 2026-27) for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, general order/miscellaneous goods and uniform items. Framework validity: one year from 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30 (not exceeding one year, per Rule 16A).

Procurement method: Closed Framework Agreement (Rule 16A) through Open Competitive Bidding — Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(a)). Procurement basis: Lot-wise; each lot (Lot-1 to Lot-4) shall be evaluated and awarded independently. Partial/ split awards within a lot are not permitted unless separate bids are submitted for each required supply.

Bid submission: Electronic submission through EPADS 2.0 only. Manual/physical bids shall not be entertained. Bid submission deadline: 12:00 PM on 2026-10-12. Bid opening: 12:30 PM on 2026-10-12 electronically through EPADS 2.0 at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad.

Delivery period: Within 15 days of issuance of each Call-Off/Purchase Order unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents. Prices must remain valid and fixed for the entire term of the Closed Framework Agreement and inclusive of all applicable duties, taxes, transportation and delivery costs up to Custom House, Islamabad, unless otherwise expressly provided in the bidding documents.

Eligibility: Only firms/suppliers holding valid NTN and STRN/GST registration (as applicable), meeting qualification criteria in the bidding documents and not blacklisted/debarred by any procuring agency or PPRA shall be eligible to participate.
