Eligible bidders / documents: Registered, eligible, experienced and financially sound firms/companies specializing in HR management, manpower supply and staff provision services; firms must be duly registered with relevant statutory authorities, have active FBR status for Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority for Punjab Sales Tax, and be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
Bid security & submission: Bid security of 1% of the estimated procurement price must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e‑Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted except bank guarantees/CDRs submitted through the e‑Procurement System as per instructions. A Bank of Punjab guarantee arrangement is noted per official directions.
Procedure & address: Single‑stage, two‑envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules; bids to be submitted electronically at the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and addressed to the Director General, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, Punjab, Lahore.
