Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on Single Stage-two Envelope Procedure. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the work order amount in the shape of a CDR in favor of "The Secretary, BISE Sargodha" before signing the contract.
