Key instructions: Bidders must upload PDF proposals on the E-Procurement System. A scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded via the PSID online bank application on the Punjab E-Procurement System; no physical CDRs are required. Bidders must be registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable. Price schedule/bid security to be submitted online. The procuring agency may reject bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Submission deadline: Proposals must be uploaded on the E-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-20 by 10:30 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day and on E-PADS at 12:30 PM.
