Bahawalpur Cantonment Board Tender Notice for Repair, Improvement and Solar Works (Closing 2026-10-14)

The Cantonment Executive Officer, Bahawalpur Cantonment Board invites e-bids for multiple public improvement, annual repair/maintenance and solar system upgradation works. Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA and E-PADS V2.0 portals; only firms registered on E-PADS V2.0 are eligible to participate.

Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS V2.0 on or before 2026-10-14 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors may register at: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/

Earnest Money: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Bahawalpur Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the e-bid. The original CDR must be submitted 3 days prior to opening of bids.

Procurement Method & Eligibility: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure (PPRA Rule 36[a]) adopting the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Firms/contractors blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization are not eligible to participate.

Other Terms: A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted in accordance with Rule 48 of PPRA Rules, 2004. Quality-assurance tests will be conducted through reputed laboratories at the cost of the successful bidder. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
