Military Lands & Cantonment Department, Bahawalpur Cantonment Board invites e-bids via EPADS V2.0 for Original & Repair Maintenance Works for FY 2026-27. Eligible contractors/firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category for 2026-27 and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding will follow MES Schedule of Rates, 2025 on percentage above/below or at par basis for schedule items and market rate basis for non-schedule items under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004).
