Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of technically competent and financially sound training service providers to deliver specialized training programs under priority sectors for 2026. Eligible public and private technical and vocational training institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises and other entities are invited to apply. Programs may lead to internationally recognized certification.

Eligibility & key notes: Institutes must have prescribed infrastructure and facilities per NAVTTC qualifications. Each institute can apply for one sector; if applying for more than one sector it must demonstrate relevant infrastructure for each sector. Only NAVTTC‑registered institutes will be entertained. No joint ventures (JVs) allowed. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines & CCTV with IP links is mandatory where specified.
