Issuer: Military Engineer Services (ACE 12 Corps, Quetta). Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for multiple civil, electrical and mechanical works under ACE 12 Corps area of responsibility.
Key instructions: Firms/contractors must furnish complete credentials and details of completed/ongoing projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Firms registered with MES in categories A to C and holding valid PEC registration in the relevant field will be preferred. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
