Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope on a lease model for Pakistan Railways prime land (Rawalpindi Division). Purpose: mix-use commercial development including shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets.
Key lease terms: 21-year lease (extendable for another 21 years); annual rent increase 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from possession; building construction as per local bye-laws.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-09 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom option available). Submission deadline: on or before 2026-10-19 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
Bidding instructions: process will follow PPRA Rules 2004 (amended); bid document and detailed terms available for download from PPRA and REDAMCO websites; separate sealed bid and bid security required for each plot in favor of REDAMCO; incomplete, conditional or bids without specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
