PAA Tender: Convert Abandoned Restaurant to Electrical Maintenance Facility at JIAP, Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 36(b) via Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the upgradation and conversion of an abandoned restaurant into an Electrical Maintenance Facility at HQ PAA Terminal‑I, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e‑procurement portal and originals delivered before the deadline.

How to apply and mandatory documents:

• Submit bids online via PPRA e‑procurement (PPA‑EPADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk and deliver original bid security and supporting documents before the deadline.
• Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Valid Professional Tax Certificate for the current year.
• Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) constructor registration in Category C‑6 or above; relevant trade/discipline codes where required (e.g., CE‑10 Mechanical (HVAC) and electrical/low‑voltage/telecom codes).
• Copy of CNIC, copy of company/firm documents, affidavit confirming ownership of firm (stamp Rs.500), affidavit regarding blacklisting and details of litigation (stamp Rs.500) as applicable.
• Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank.
• Original bids, bid security and mandatory documents must be submitted in person to the office of the Sr. Joint Director ES (Civil) Task Force, PAA, Jinnah Annexe, JIAP before the submission deadline.
