Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites e-bids through PPRA’s e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the following procurement packages:

Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. Bidders may register electronically via EPADS 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bidding documents including terms, conditions, submission procedures, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening and evaluation criteria are available through EPADS or downloadable from ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk/) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).
Bids shall be prepared as per bidding instructions and must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-10-16 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs.
