CDA Addendum: E-Bids Invited for Horticulture Rehabilitation Works in Islamabad (Multiple Corridors)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Directorate, has issued an addendum/corrigendum to its Invitation to E-Bid for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway (Convention Center to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) and Murree Road (Faizabad to Serena Chowk). Prospective bidders must submit bids online via E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly using E-PADS on the scheduled opening day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ authorized representatives.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, 2026-07-06 at 11:00 hrs at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. The notice lists bid submission times of 11:30 hrs with dates shown as 2026-07-10 and 2026-07-14 in the addendum; all other terms and conditions of the original bidding documents remain unchanged.
