The Secretary of Model Town Society, Lahore, announces that tenancy rights in Shop No.137, Bank Square Market, Model Town, Lahore, formerly held by the late Yusuf Ali, are proposed to be transferred to his legal heirs. NADRA Tracking ID 60030015984, Document No. 900000125106 dated 2023-02-26 records the succession and names the heirs, including Abdul Rehman Yousaf (son), Muhammad bin Yousaf (son), Abdul Ghaffar Yousaf, Hafiz Abdul Sattar, Muhammad Abdullah, Abdul Jabbar and Fatima Abid (daughter).
Any person, bank, institution or agency having an objection to the proposed transfer must submit a written objection with documentary proof to the society within 15 days from the date of publication. If no objection is received within the prescribed period, the society will proceed to act on the transfer application.
