Public Notice: M/s Mughals Pakistan Authorizes Sale of Plot 56 (8 Marla), Broadway Commercial, DHA VIII Lahore

M/s Mughals Pakistan (Private) Limited, through its director Mr. Aamir Shafiq Akram (son of Muhammad Akram Mughal, CNIC 3-1524501-35201), gives notice that Plot No. 56, Block C, Broadway Commercial, DHA VIII Lahore (area 8 Marla) was purchased under Title Letter No. 56-TM/8C/C dated 2026-04-17 and that Board Resolution Ref. 240301/2026/786MPL dated 2026-03-24 authorizes the company to sell this plot. Mr. Aamir Shafiq Akram has been granted full authority to sign, receive payment, effect transfer and represent the company before DHA Lahore.

Any person, institution, department, bank, partner or other party claiming objection to ownership, sale, transfer or representation must submit written objections within seven (07) days of this publication to the Assistant Secretary, DHA Commercial Area (Blocks 8 & 6), DHA Office, Lahore. No objections will be accepted after the prescribed period and sale/transfer will be completed under DHA Lahore rules and regulations.
