The Secretary, Model Town Society, Lahore notifies the public that tenancy rights of Shop No.137, Bank Square Market, Model Town, Lahore held by tenant Yusuf Ali (deceased) are proposed to be transferred to his legal heirs under NADRA Tracking ID 60030015984, Document No. 900000125106 dated 2023-02-26.
Heirs named include Abdul Rehman Yusuf, Muhammad bin Yusuf, Abdul Ghaffar Yusuf, Hafiz Abdul Sattar, Muhammad Abdullah, Abdul Jabbar and Fatima Abid. Any person, bank, institution or agency having an objection to the proposed transfer must submit written objections with documentary evidence within 15 days of this notice's publication; otherwise no objections will be entertained and the society will proceed with the transfer application.
