Public Notice: Mortgaged Properties of M/s Chahat Foods Industries — Bank Suit Pending

National Bank of Pakistan (Regal Chowk Branch) and NBP Physical Assets Management Department, North Regional Headquarters, Lahore, notify that M/s Chahat Foods Industries, through Ms. Anila Arif and Mr. Muhammad Arif Faizan (directors, mortgagors/guarantors), obtained a loan by mortgaging several properties as listed below.

The mortgaged assets include: 24 kanal (three acres) land with ghee mill/factory at Chak No. E8-217, Tehsil Burewala, District Vehari; commercial plot No. 160 (08 marla) in Block CC2; and a property in 6 Defence Housing Society, Lahore. The bank has filed suit — National Bank of Pakistan vs. M/s Chahat Foods Industries — in Banking Court No. 2, Lahore, which is pending. Any sale or purchase of the above properties will be at the buyer's own risk and responsibility.
