Public Notice: Authorization to Sell Commercial Plot 56, Block C, Broadway Commercial, DHA VIII Lahore

MS Mughals Pakistan (Private) Limited notifies that Plot No. 56, Block C (8 marla), Broadway Commercial, DHA VIII Lahore — purchased under title letter No. 56-TM/8C/C dated 2026-04-17 — is being offered for sale. Board Resolution Ref. 240301/2026/786MPL dated 2026-03-24 authorizes Mr. Aamir Shafiq Akram (CNIC 3-1524501-35201) to sign, receive payment, effect transfer, appear before DHA Lahore and complete all matters related to the sale and transfer on the company’s behalf.

If any person, institution, department, bank, partner or other party has an objection regarding ownership, sale, transfer or authorized representation, they must submit a written objection within seven (07) days of this publication to the Secretary, DHA Commercial Area (Blocks 8 and 6), DHA Office Lahore. After the prescribed period no objection will be accepted and the sale/transfer will be completed under DHA Lahore rules and regulations.
