MTI Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex Nowshera — Tender for Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables (Framework Contract)

Hospital Director, MTI Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (QHAMC), Nowshera invites sealed bids under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables. Bidding will be carried out initially for one year under a Framework Contract (rule 31-A).

Eligibility: Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer, Importer, chemist/druggist with a valid drug license and registered with Income/Sales Tax as reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Bid documents & download: Bid Solicitation Documents, evaluation criteria and terms are available on EPADS: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication until the last date. Advertisement is also available at www.kppra.gov.pk and www.qhamc.gov.pk.

Submission & opening: Upload scanned bids and mandatory documents (including scanned bid security) on the EPADS. Original CDR/Bid Security must be submitted to the Office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI Nowshera on or before 2026-10-15 by 11:00 AM (PST). EPADS submission deadline: 11:00 AM on 2026-10-15. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids received by hand, post, courier, e-mail or fax will NOT be accepted.

Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
