Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites unconditional bids from bidders / joint ventures for hiring contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsite for the period of one year, extendable for another one year. The bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage–Two Envelope e-bidding (Rule 38(2)(a)). Bidding documents are published on PPRA Punjab and the Punjab e-Procurement websites (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security shall be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-02 at 11:00 hours. Completed, signed and stamped bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 11:00 hours on 2026-10-14. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
