Tender: Construction & Amenities Works under Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti (Estimated PKR 1,572,324,800)

The Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites electronic bids for construction of balance works, amenities, infrastructure and maintenance equipment in District Dera Bugti. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014; tender fee PKR 1,000 and bid security 2% of the estimated cost (PKR 1,572,324,800). Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted, registered with PEC C-1 or above (relevant CE codes), have completed two similar assignments and demonstrate a minimum turnover of PKR 1,100,000,000 over the preceding three years.
