HAZECO Invitation for E‑Bids: Disposal of 66kV Havelian–Abbottabad Transmission Line (IFB)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e‑bids on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis for disposal of a redundant 66kV transmission line from Havelian to Abbottabad under the jurisdiction of SS&T Division Abbottabad. Bids are invited on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from tax‑registered companies/firms/bidders.

How to apply and key conditions:

1. Submit e‑bids only through the E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal: http://www.epads.gop.pk and upload all mandatory documents and required information.

2. Bids must follow Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) procedures and will be open to all potential bidders. Bid validity: 90 days.

3. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in acceptable form. The original bid security in a sealed envelope must reach the office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad before the bid submission date & time; a scanned copy must be uploaded on the E‑Pads portal. Late or non‑compliant submissions will be treated as non‑responsive.

4. Disposal is "AS IS WHERE IS". Bidders may visit/inspect the sites/locations during working days between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM.

5. Bids will be opened on the stated date/time at HAZECO HQ in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend. Bids must be for the full quantity of the tender; bids for lesser quantity will not be accepted. Prices should exclude GST where applicable.

6. The disposal will be governed by WAPDA Disposal Procedure and PPRA rules; HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule‑33.
