Public Notice: Special Revision and Re-writing of Record of Rights — Deh Reil Molchand, Tapo Bannu, Taluka Mirpur Bathoro

Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Mirpur Bathoro, District Sujawal issues a public notice dated 2026-06-15 announcing a special revision and re-writing of the Record of Rights for Deh Reil Molchand, Tapo Bannu under directives of the Board of Revenue Sindh.

The campaign was launched to ensure accuracy, integrity and digitization of land records following the Board of Revenue meeting held on 2025-02-28. Records corrected and verified under this order will be certified by the concerned authority and the First Grade Assistant Collector in accordance with the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.

The published register (Deh Form Number VII-A, Record of Rights and Modification Register — Part A) contains names of khatedars (landholders), survey numbers, nature/type of rights, and area particulars. Any person with objections regarding ownership, survey numbers, area or any other matter may file objections in writing at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Mirpur Bathoro within 15 days from the date of this notice. After the objection period, the records will be finalized and re-written under the recorded landholder names.
