Issuer: Project Management Unit (South Zone), Youth Affairs & Sports Department, Government of Punjab. Purpose: E-tender for providing and developing sports facilities throughout Punjab for the year 2026-27. Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope via Punjab e-Procurement Portal (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered with Income Tax Department, GST-registered, on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold required PEC registrations and specializations where applicable. Tender documents available for free download from 2026-10-05 on the e-procurement website. Bids (Technical & Financial) must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost to be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments or bank guarantees will be accepted. Bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System shall only be entertained/accepted.
