Rawalpindi Cantonment Board: E‑Bidding Notice for Civil Works (FY 2026–27)

Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (The Mall, Rawalpindi Cantt). The Board invites electronic bids under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure through E-PADS V2.0 for original works to be executed during Financial Year 2026–2027. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Blacklisted firms of any government/semi‑government organization are ineligible.

Availability of documents: Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA and E‑PADS V2.0 portals. Submission & opening: e‑bids must be submitted electronically through E‑PADS V2.0. Submission deadline: 2026-10-22 at 13:00; bids will be opened the same day at 13:30. Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the e‑bid; the original CDR must be submitted prior to opening of technical bids. Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
