Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad NIT: Revamping & Refurbishment of Pakistan Sports Complex Facilities

Pakistan Sports Board (Islamabad) invites bids through EPADS from PEC-registered contracting firms for the revamping and refurbishment of different facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (including civil, plumbing & fire fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall, at PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre).

Submission and download: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available at www.sports.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS; manual submission will not be entertained.

Mandatory requirements include: firm meeting bidding evaluation criteria; valid NTN and Sales Tax registration and firm on ATL; non-judicial affidavit stating firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favor of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; upload scan of bid security with Technical Proposal; submit one hard copy of technical proposal (not financial) as uploaded on EPADS. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
