District Council Faisalabad Invitation of Bids for PCC Street Works at Bhutto Basti (Chak No. 39/GB Satyana)

District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) for works during Financial Year 2024-25.

Key conditions and submission details:

- Detailed bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

- Electronic submission deadline: 2024-10-26 up to 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical instruments such as CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees shall not be accepted, in compliance with Government of Punjab directives.

- Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and PPRA rules. Tender documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website.
