Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad NIT — Revamping Works (HVAC) at Pakistan Sports Complex (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope)

Pakistan Sports Board (Islamabad) invites bids through the e-procurement system (eprocure.gov.pk) from reputed contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for revamping and refurbishment works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Bidding will follow a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure.

• Bid submission and document download/upload via eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice also available at www.sports.gov.pk and the PPRA website.
• Technical envelope must be clearly marked "Technical Bid"; financial envelope must be marked "Price Bid".
• Bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR drawn in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper and details of previous PEC registration, NTN, sales tax registration and firm ATL status are required as per bidding documents.
• Manual submission of bids will not be entertained; late or incomplete bids will be handled per PSB/PPRA rules. Price bids of technically unqualified bidders will be returned unopened.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
