HAZECO E-Bids for 132 kV Line Re-routing, Tower Works (NCB No. 04/2025-26)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids (NCB No. 04/2025-26) for re-routing of a 132 kV transmission line and associated works including carriage and supply of tower poles and materials, construction of pile/tower foundations for tubular poles, tower erection and stringing (including OPGW). The contract requires PEC registration C-6 & above. The estimated cost is PKR 18,321,721.44. Bidders must be PEC-registered contractors, active taxpayers with FBR and sales tax registration; joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders must have completed at least two civil contracts in the last five years and submit requisite financial records and bid security.

Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost (CDR, original) is required; an additional 2% security is required if a bid is 50% or more below the engineer's estimate.
