HAZECO Tender PD(GSC)/HAZECO/NCB-04/2025-26 for Tower Poles, Foundations and 132 kV Line Rerouting

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) — Project Director (GSC) invites e-bids under Tender No. PD(GSC)/HAZECO/NCB-04/2025-26 for carriage of tower/poles and materials (including earth wire) from Jamrud warehouse to site, construction of pole/tower foundations, tubular poles, tower erection, stringing, and rerouting of a 132 kV transmission line. Estimated cost: PKR 18,321,721.44. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025–26, demonstrate five (5) years' construction experience, have completed at least two (2) civil contracts in the last five (5) years, and meet the stated PEC category and financial eligibility.

Submit bids online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). A Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost is required as an original bank instrument in favor of HAZECO; bidders quoting 50% or more below the engineering estimate must also provide an additional 2% security. Audited financial records for the last two years from an ICAP-registered firm and proof of active taxpayer status are required.
