Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W (RAMS Unit) RFP for Consultancy on BMS, O&M Manuals and Infrastructure Design

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (RAMS Unit), Peshawar invites proposals from firms or joint ventures to provide consultancy services including design of roads, bridges and aerial ropeways, assessment of public buildings, institutional strengthening, and development of Operation & Maintenance manuals and a Building Management System (BMS).

RFP documents are available on the KPPRA and C&W websites and may be purchased from the RAMS Unit office during working hours. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 2026-07-16. Proposals must be submitted via EPADS by 24 July 2026, 12:00 PM; selection will follow the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method.
