Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad Tender: Revamping & Refurbishment at Pakistan Sports Complex

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites EPADS from reputed contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for revamping and refurbishment works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. The package includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for Amir Khan Boxing Academy and associated halls.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope. The Technical information envelope must be clearly marked "Technical Bid" and the envelope containing the price must be clearly marked "Price Bid." Bidders shall quote percentage above or below for the schedule items and applicable rates for non-schedule items.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal and are also available on Pakistan Sports Board's website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Manual submission of bids shall be entertained as per instructions in the bidding documents.

Mandatory conditions include: firms must meet the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents; provide proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and presence on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL); submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body; provide bid security (bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Pakistan Sports Board); submit the required hard copy of the technical proposal; and comply with all other instructions and timelines in the bidding documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
