AN Textile Mills Limited — Notice of Annual General Meeting

AN Textile Mills Limited has called its 45th Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the company's registered office at 35 K.M. Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad. The notice is dated October 05, 2026 and is issued by the Company Secretary Muzammal Jamil.

Share transfer books will remain closed from October 21, 2026 to October 27, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Share Registrar Office — M/s Corplink (Private) Limited — Model Town, Lahore by the close of business on October 20, 2026 will be considered in time for the meeting.

Participation and proxy rules: A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint another member as proxy. Proxies must be received by the Company at least 48 hours before the meeting. Individual account holders or sub-account holders whose securities are in group accounts must authenticate identity and provide required documentation (e.g., original CNIC or passport) as per CDC regulations; attested copies of CNICs/passports and, for corporate entities, relevant board resolutions/powers of attorney with specimen signatures should accompany the proxy form. The form of proxy is annexed and is available on the Company’s website.

Other notices include requests for shareholders to notify change of address, provision of CNIC/NTN details to the Company, information on unclaimed dividends/shares, transmission of the annual report electronically, deposit of physical shares into CDC account in accordance with SECP directions, availability of audited financial statements on the Company website, and the provision of a video link facility for remote participation.
