Pakistan Synthetics Limited announces its Annual General Meeting to be held for presentation and approval of the company’s audited accounts and other routine matters.

Ordinary business to be transacted:

• Confirmation of the minutes of the 44th Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2021.
• Consideration and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements of the Company together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports for the year ended June 30, 2022.
• Appointment of auditors and fixing their remuneration (the retiring auditors offered themselves for re-appointment).
• Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Key shareholder instructions and deadlines:

• Share transfer books will be closed from 2022-10-21 to 2022-10-26 (both days inclusive) for determining entitlement to attend and vote at the meeting.
• Proxies and instruments for voting must be submitted in accordance with the Company’s requirements and deposited at the Registered Office of the Company within the time limits prescribed by law (48 hours before the meeting).
