Submission instructions: Duly filled postal ballot must be sent to the Chairman at 18‑km, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Postal ballots must reach the Chairman by 5:00 p.m. on 2026-10-25 to be considered. A copy of CNIC/NICOP/Passport (and, where applicable, proof of authorization for authorized signatory) must be enclosed. Ballots must bear the shareholder(s) signature and CNIC; incomplete, unsigned, incorrect, or mutilated ballots will be rejected.
