Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites applications from eligible individuals for the following project-based positions on a contract basis.

| Manager (Procurement & Contracts) | At least 16 years of education from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Procurement-related trainings/certifications preferred; higher qualification preferred. | At least seven (07) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience in procurement of goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services, contract management, and working with donor-funded programmes/projects and PPRs rules. Knowledge of government and donors' procurement rules and procurement cycle is required. |
| Monitoring & Evaluation Officer | At least Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Local Government, Mass Communications or related field from a university recognized by HEC. Higher qualification preferred. | At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience with monitoring frameworks, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting and gap analysis; demonstrated experience writing reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis. |
