Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will lead the Club’s overall management, uphold its heritage and prestige, and deliver an exceptional member experience while ensuring sound governance and long-term financial sustainability.

| Key responsibilities | Provide strategic leadership and deliver the Club’s long-term vision; direct and hold senior management (CFO, COO) accountable; ensure service excellence across member services; drive revenue growth and financial sustainability; ensure governance and regulatory compliance; represent the Club to members, government bodies and stakeholders; lead development and infrastructure projects; build a high-performance, member-first service culture. |
| Education | Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, CA/CFA, Masters in Hospitality Management or a related field from an HEC-recognized university |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with at least 7 years at CEO or C-level; proven full P&L ownership with results in revenue growth, cost control and operational turnaround; experience in members-run clubs, recreational projects or large hospitality/sports organizations preferred. |
