Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites bids through ePADS from reputed PEC-registered contracting firms for revamping and refurbishment works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered in the relevant PEC categories valid up to 2027-06-30. Applications including technical and financial proposals must be submitted through ePADS.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Bidding documents may be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice is also available on www.sports.gov.pk and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted via ePADS; manual submissions will not be entertained.
- One envelope containing the Technical Bid clearly marked "Technical Bid" and a second envelope containing the Price Bid clearly marked "Price Bid" are required under the Single Stage‑Two Envelope procedure.
- Bid security/earnest money must be in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR issued from the bank account of the firm in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted before closing date/time.
- Mandatory documents include proof of valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, firm ATL status, affidavits (non-judicial stamp paper) regarding non-blacklisting, and one hard copy of the technical proposal uploaded on ePADS where required.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 hours.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for field conditions.
