Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Revamping & Refurbishment of Facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories (registration valid up to 2027-06-30) for revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad, including civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Liaquat Gymnasium, Hamidi Hall and work for PSB Islamabad and Peshawar Centre.

Mandatory conditions include: firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents; valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and listing on ATL; affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body; bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; upload technical and financial proposals on EPADS and submit one hard copy of only the technical proposal as uploaded; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded and the original submitted before the closing date; price envelopes of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for a better understanding of field conditions.
