Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench — Tender for Annual Framework Contract for Office & Computer Stationery (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench invites e-bids for an Annual Framework Contract for purchasing Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, General Store & Miscellaneous Items for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30.06.2027).

Eligibility: Well‑reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in the relevant field and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments as applicable.

Submission method and schedule: E-bid proposals must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) website. Closing date and time: 2026-10-21 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-21 at 10:30 AM in the office of the Additional Registrar (Judicial)/Senior Member of the Purchase Committee, Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench. If the opening day is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for opening.

Bid conditions and important notes: Bids shall follow the "Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure" under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. All quoted rates must be inclusive of GST/PST and valid for 180 days. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total contract value through the e-Procurement system, released on successful completion of contract obligations. Delivery schedule will be as per purchase order deadlines.
