CDA Tender: Horticulture Improvement/Rehabilitation Works in Islamabad — E-Bids by 2026-07-10

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope) for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on multiple road corridors in Islamabad including Srinagar Highway (Convention Centre to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) and Murree Road (Faizabad to Serena Chowk).

Prospective/registered bidders must submit bids online via E-PADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs; electronic technical bids will be opened publicly the same day at 12:00 hrs at the Office of the Director General (Environment), Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-06 at 11:00 hrs at the same venue. Manual bids will not be accepted.
