The University of Haripur (Procurement Office) invites sealed electronic bids from qualified, tax-registered firms for the supply and installation of air conditioners and desktop computers with monitors.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk by August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. A refundable bid guarantee of 2% of the total bid value (bank draft or call deposit) payable to the Treasurer, University of Haripur, must be attached with the financial proposal. Bids will be opened on August 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Procurement Office. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA and PPRA rules.
