Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites electronic bids from eligible, well reputed and financially sound firms/contractors/company firms registered on Punjab E‑Procurement and with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax) and registered with PEC in category C‑6 or above for framework contracts for the financial year 2026–27.
Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. Performance guarantee and other contract conditions will follow PPR rules. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by the stated dates.
