Bank Notice: Mortgaged Properties of M/s Chahat Foods Industries in Vehari and Lahore

National Bank of Pakistan (Regal Chowk Branch, Lahore) and NBP Asset Management Department, North Regional Headquarters, Lahore, notify that M/s Chahat Foods Industries, represented by Mrs. Anila Arif, Mohammad Arif and Mohammad Faizan (directors/guarantors), have mortgaged properties as security for a loan obtained from the bank. The mortgaged properties are: 24 kanal (three acres) at Chak No. E8-217 (Ghee Mill/Factory), Tehsil Burewala, District Vehari; and Commercial Plot No. 160 (08 marla), Block CC2, 6 Defence Housing Society, Lahore.

The bank has filed a suit in Banking Court No. 2, Lahore. These properties remain encumbered by the bank’s mortgage, and any purchase or transfer of these properties will be at the buyer’s own profit and loss.
