Public Notice: Sale and Authorization for Commercial Plot No.56, Block C, Broadway Commercial, DHA VIII Lahore

M/s Mughals Pakistan (Private) Limited, through its director Mr. Aamir Shafiq Akram (S/O Muhammad Akram Mughal, CNIC 3-1524501-35201), notifies that it purchased Commercial Plot (8 Marla) No.56, Block C, Broadway Commercial, DHA VIII Lahore via allotment letter No. 56-TM/8C/C dated 2026-04-17. By Board Resolution No. 240301/2026/786MPL dated 2026-03-24 the company has authorized Mr. Aamir Shafiq Akram to handle the sale, signatures, receipt/payment, transfer, appearances before DHA Lahore and all related matters.

Any person, institution, department, bank, partner or other party having objections regarding ownership, sale, transfer or authorized representation of the mentioned plot must submit written objections to the Secretary, DHA Commercial Area (Blocks 8 & 6), DHA Office Lahore within seven (07) days of this notice. No objections will be accepted after the prescribed period and the sale/transfer will be completed in accordance with DHA Lahore rules and regulations.
